Bench press, incline press, even decline presses are absolutely fabulous either with dumbbells or with a bar.
Good ole fashioned push ups rock for this type of goal!
Of course, no complete exercise routine would be complete without some aerobic exercise, whatever you may feel like doing - running, jogging, calisthenics, biking, speed walking, swimming - I don't care...whatever gets you moving for a long period of time so your heart rate gets raised.
It all comes down to burning calories - having more calories burned than you're taking in in a day - and exercises that will build lean muscle mass.

5. Don't drink your calories. Stay away from high cal drinks except on cheat days.
Those are the 5 main rules for today.
Exercises To Get Rid Of Man Boobs
Exercise is critical to getting rid of manboobs. Why? You have to develop chest muscle in order to successfully and totally get rid of man boobs.
This way even if you have fat being stored there it will change the shape of your chest so that the fat doesn't take the shape of a boob and instead is evenly spread out over your chest and will really look good then.
1. Push ups.
2. Bench press.
3. Incline press.
4. Dumbbell flys.
5. Running.
Those are great exercises to lose man boobs. Let me explain that last one a little (i.e. running).
Running is a great exercise for getting rid of man boobs because it burns a heck of a lot of calories. This is the point when trying to burn excess fat. The more calories you burn the more fat you burn the more you shrink your man boobs.
The rest of the exercises are done with the sole purpose of gaining muscle in your chest.
